Step 2. Discovery Phase: If we click and you'd like to move forward, we go deeper. I'll review your financials, take a close look at your books, and we'll schedule two calls to walk through everything — including the questions your last bookkeeper never bothered to answer. At the end I'll share my findings, send you the call recordings, and present my proposal.
Step 3. Catch up & Clean up: Once you've signed on and we're officially working together, we start by getting everything in order. Messy books, missing records, anything that's been piling up — we handle it before we move forward so we're building on a clean foundation.
Step 4. Smooth Sailing: Now we get into a rhythm. Monthly books, clean financials, your Loom review every month, and a direct line to me during weekly office hours. I work closely with your tax preparer to make sure everything on their end is seamless — so come tax time, there are no surprises, no scrambling, and no stress. Before long you won't even remember the last time your finances kept you up at night.
